IN OCTOBER 2018, PE “EKO LT” STARTED TO IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT UNDER THE MEASURE “SEARCH FOR PARTNERS FOR INTERNATIONAL R&D INITIATIVES IN THE FIELD OF DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE AND SUSTAINABLE STRUCTURAL SOLUTIONS AT EEN EVENTS” (PROJECT 01.2.1-LVPA-T-844-01-0062), CO-FINANCED BY THE EU STRUCTURAL FUNDS AND THE STATE BUDGET OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA UNDER THE MEASURE “INOCONECT”.

Project implementation period: 18th of October 2018 – 20th of June 2021

 

The aim of the project: to develop international partnerships and networking, seeking opportunities to participate in international EU R&D initiatives through the EEN.

 

Participation in international R&D initiatives, communicated by EEN organizations, will be expected to involve partners in a specific one or more international EU R&D program (Cosme; SME Instrument; Horizon2020, Eureka; Eurostars; etc.).

 

Given that successful participation in a specific transnational R&D, initiative depends not only on the potential and goals of one organization but also on the potential and goals of potential project partners, the search for opportunities to develop R&D internationally will not be limited to one EU R&D program make use of all identified initiatives (programs) that encourage or do not restrict project initiatives to develop R&D projects related to innovative and balanced design solutions that integrate different and often conflicting requirements for design systems throughout the life cycle (eg price, durability, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, impact on climate change) in the context of the circular economy paradigm.

 

It is expected that through active participation in the events, it will be possible to sign at least one agreement with international partners - a legally binding contract/agreement.
